We are excited to introduce you to our bright and talented staff of designers and printers. When placing your order, please send us your order including all the information you want included as well as the details of your order(type of order, quantity, size, colors, information, etc.). A 50% deposit is needed to begin all design projects. Once the project is completed, we send you your web samples. You send us an approval email and final payment arrangements are made with you and a representative. We are looking forward to working with you. Return/Cancellation Policy
All orders are custom printed with your artwork so once the order has been printed there is no refund or canceling of your order. If you wish to cancel an order the request must be in writing via email to sales@delmadethis.com. This must be done on the same day of your order. We will check on your order to make sure that the production process has not been started. If your order has not entered the production process it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the same credit card used to pay for your order. If the order has entered the production process, it will NOT be cancelled.
If you need to file a claim for an order you have received, you must send us an email with the details of your claim no later than 15 days after the delivery of your order. All claims are to be emailed to sales@delmadethis@gmail.com. Please include your order number and information in your email. Claims after 15 days will not be accepted!
